Silas P. Sawyer diaries, 1923-1926.

Silas P. Sawyer was an engineer in the Northern Pacific Railroad's Rosebud coal mines. His diaries (July 1923-January 1926) describe his work in the mines and his personal experiences. Also included are operational notes about the mines. (MF 137)
